The Federal Government doesn't have enough Covid Testing kits for everyone who needs them.
As it turns out, they didn't order them.
So Corn Pop turns around and drops it into the laps of State Legislatures.
God help us.
How will we ever get through the rest of this mans term.
My Father always used to say:
